Ingredients

  • 5 cl Eau de Villée
  • 3cl Kumquat Liqueur
  • 2cl Orgeat syrup
  • 2 cl lime juice (1/2 lemon)
  • 2 dashes Angostura
  • Ice cubes for shaker
  • Crushed ice
  • Accessories

  • Shaker, stainer
  • Highball glass
  • Trim

  • Lime slice or fruit skewer
  • Preparation

    1. 
    Pour the ingredients (except the angostura) into your shaker filled with ice cubes.
    2. 
    Shake for 15 seconds.
    3. 
    Fill your glass halfway with crushed ice.
    4. 
    Pour the contents of your shaker into it using the strainer.
    5. 
    Add crushed ice to the rim of the glass.
    6. 
    Add your Angostura dashes, then your decoration.
