Since 1946, four great Master Distillers have passed on their passion and extraordinary know-how to our company. It is their passion, talent and know-how that enable them to patiently extract and delicately concentrate the very best that nature has to offer.

The art of still distillation

From the rigorous selection of fruits, flowers and herbs, to the meticulous control of their maceration or fermentation in thermo-regulated vats, to the perfect mastery of the art of still distillation and the careful ageing of our spirits, our Master Distiller follows, without compromise, his passion for taste and the rules of the art of traditional distillation.


Of all the tools required to produce our spirits, the Master Distiller's nose and palate are without doubt the most important. They enable us to assess aromas and flavours, and guarantee the consistent quality of our products.
