To guarantee optimum quality, Biercée Framboise eau-de-vie is made from fresh raspberries picked at the peak of ripeness. Once the raspberries have been carefully selected, they are macerated in a bath of fine, neutral-grain alcohol to lock in the aromas.
Our Master Distiller's craftsmanship and experience then come into play. He meticulously distills the raspberry macerate in our Holstein copper stills to extract all its organoleptic quintessence.
The result is a fine, racy, particularly fragrant eau-de-vie that expresses all the elegance of the queen of red fruits.
