The Belgian version of a classic, revisited in a contemporary style

An aperitif offering a fine balance of astringency, bitterness and spicy notes. Biercée vermouth is made from Pinot Blanc wine, slowly infused in our vats with a selection of spices, tea, almonds and several flowers. It is the latter that give it its freshness.

The addition of a distillate of mullein flowers, a plant typical of our terroir, also known as "bouillon blanc", gives Biercée Vermouth its fine, spicy notes.

The patience, precision, passion and know-how of our Master Distiller give this all-too-frequently overused aperitif its fine balance and unique organoleptic personality.

Tasting

Biercée Vermouth is best enjoyed neat, over ice, or in cocktails (Negroni, Americano, Boulevardier, Sbagliato).

Tasting notes

On the nose
Light floral notes of hibiscus, chamomile and tea.
Vermouth bouche
In the mouth
Initial floral attack with lavender, woodruff and hyssop, followed by a spicy touch of coriander, angelica, cardamom and curry (provided by mullein).
In the final
Soft finish of chamomile, almond and cocoa. The slight bitterness of gentian harmonizes perfectly with the astringency of hibiscus.
