To celebrate its new home, Distillerie de Biercée launches Db'Gin.be.

Db'Gin.be, a premium gin, is remarkably complex. The vegetal and the floral are in perfect symbiosis. On the nose, floral notes of lavender and poppy mingle with botanicals such as coriander and fennel. Db'Gin.be offers an absolute balance of juniper berry aromas, Botanicals (such as caraway, hyssop and cumin) and hints of orange and lemon. Db'Gin.be will leave you with an indelible memory after tasting.

Conservation

Store at room temperature (below 40°C), protected from light.

Tasting notes

On the nose

Floral notes of lavender and poppy with hints of citrus and botanicals such as coriander and fennel. Beautiful, complex expression of lavender flowers, hazelnut and spicy citrus.

In the mouth

Perfectly balanced mouthfeel of juniper berries, botanicals (such as caraway, hyssop and cumin) and citrus (orange and lemon). Mild flavors of malt, fennel, cumin and caraway. A few air bubbles bring back citrus flavors with a combination of almond and sweet spices.
