Ingredients

  • 5 cl Poire à l'Armagnac
  • 2 cl Ivory Black
  • 1 large coffee
  • 4 cl cream 35% liquid
  • Accessories

  • Shaker, strainer
  • Toddy glass "Irish Coffee
  • Trim

  • 3 coffee beans
  • Preparation

    1. 
    Heat the Poire à l'Armagnac and the Noir d'Ivoire liqueur.
    2. 
    In the glass, stir the mixture into the hot coffee using the spoon.
    3. 
    Whip the crème fraîche in a shaker with ice cubes.
    4. 
    Place the strainer on the shaker and gently pour the cream over your coffee.

    Tip from the pro

    To add the cream, pour it over the back of a spoon to spread it evenly over the surface of the coffee. You can add 1cl of speculoos syrup for a more gourmet Coffee.Be. Coffee.Be comes in two distinct layers: black and white.
