2 cl fresh lime juice

15 cl Ginger Beer

Ice cubes

Mule > Copper pot to keep things cool

2 lime slices.

You can add a head of mint.

Fill the Mule with ice cubes.

Pour in the lime juice and Eau de Villée.

Add the Ginger Beer to the side of the Mule.

Tip from the pro

Pour the Ginger Beer over the side of the Mule, not directly over the ice cubes, to keep the cocktail sparkling. The juice of half a lime = 2cl
