Ingredients

  • 5cl Utopie Organic Vodka
  • 2cl fresh lemon
  • 1cl ginger syrup
  • 10cl apple-pear juice
  • Ice cubes

    • Accessories

  • Proportioner, bar spoon
  • Highball glass

    • Trim

  • Slice of fresh pear or lemon.

    • Preparation

    1. 
    Fill the glass with ice cubes.
    2. 
    Pour in Utopie vodka, ginger syrup and fresh lemon juice.
    3. 
    Add the apple-pear juice.
    4. 
    Mix with a bar spoon.

    Tip from the pro

    For an even more original and subtle cocktail, you can use pure pear juice.
