Exclusive interview with Jany Pire, one of the women who left her mark on the Biercée Distillery for over 30 years.

She can be proud... The distillery has stood the test of time, resisting the sweeping away of fruit distilleries in favor of alcohol manufacturers using chemical extracts and colorants.

But it's still there... following the same guiding principle as in the beginning: "fresh fruit, 100% natural products, a distillery on a human scale".

20 years later, Jany returns to the Distillery with great emotion...

Par mesure de précaution et en collaboration avec l’AFSCA, nous procédons au rappel du lot 1803 de notre Fine Eau-de-Vie de Mirabelle 20cL, en raison d’une teneur en carbamate d’éthyle supérieure au seuil légal. Ne consommez pas ce produit.

Uit voorzorg en in samenwerking met het FAVV (Federaal Agentschap voor de Veiligheid van de Voedselketen) roepen wij lot 1803 van onze Fine Eau-de-Vie de Mirabelle 20cl terug, wegens een ethylcarbamaatgehalte dat de wettelijke limiet overschrijdt. Gebruik of consumeer dit product niet.

U kunt het product terugbrengen naar:
• La Grange des Légendes, Rue de la Roquette 36, 6532 Ragnies
• Brasserie des Légendes, Rue des Cureurs 30, 7801 Irchonwelz

De flessen worden omgeruild. Deze terugroeping heeft alleen betrekking op lot 1803.

As a precaution and in collaboration with the AFSCA (Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain), we are recalling batch 1803 of our Fine Eau-de-Vie de Mirabelle 20cl, due to an ethyl carbamate content exceeding the legal limit. Do not consume this product.

You can return it to:

• Brasserie des Légendes, Rue des Cureurs 30, 7801 Irchonwelz

The bottles will be exchanged. This recall concerns only batch 1803.
