Ingredients

  • 5 cl Eau de Villée
  • 3 cl Kumquat liqueur
  • 4 cl cranberry juice
  • 2 cl fresh lime juice
  • Ice cubes

    • Accessories

  • Shaker, strainer, Chinese
  • Martini glass

    • Trim

  • Orange zest

    • Preparation

    1. 
    Chill martini glass with ice cubes.
    2. 
    Place all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice.
    3. 
    Shake for 15 seconds.
    4. 
    Strain through a strainer into the chilled martini glass from which the ice cubes have just been removed!

    Tip from the pro

    For a "wow" effect, you can flambé the zest in the direction of the glass. The juice of half a lime = 2cl.
