Ingredients
5 cl Eau de Villée
2 cl cane sugar syrup or Mint Mojito
2 cl fresh lime juice
Sparkling water
8 Mint leaves
Ice cubes or crushed ice
Accessories
Mojito or Highball glass
Trim
Head of mint, slice of lime,
2 recyclable straws for crushed ice
Preparation
1.
Tap the mint leaves in your hand to bring out the aromas and place in the glass.
2.
Pour in the cane sugar syrup.
3.
Fill the glass with ice cubes or crushed ice.
4.
Pour in the lime juice and Eau de Villée.
5.
Top up with sparkling water.
6.
Mix with a spoon.
Tip from the pro
Limes should be squeezed, not simply crushed. The juice of half a lime = 2cl.
