P'tit Peket de Biercée is one of the only Walloon genevas truly distilled in copper stills from juniper berries, hop cones and a careful selection of indigenous cereals. Most other genevas on the market are simply flavored with neutral grain alcohol and more or less natural aromas.
In this P'tit Peket de Biercée, no added aromas, but lots of passion and traditional know-how. And then there's the time it takes to rest the final distillate, allowing it to express its full personality.
The result is a juniper that exudes juniper berries and all the aromas and flavors of the 100% natural raw materials that go into it. A genuine, traditional peket with depth. Just like the high plateau of Ragnies, where it originates.
To fully appreciate its uniqueness, enjoy it with friends, chilled or at room temperature, and serve it in cups or liqueur glasses.
* Peket = Walloon name for juniper. A favorite drink of the Fêtes de Wallonie and the walking companies of the Entre-Sambre et Meuse region.
